Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Terms

Paid plans are pending launch confirmation

If Pixy offers paid plans, checkout and paywall surfaces should clearly disclose the product or service, price, billing period, renewal cadence, free-trial or promotional terms, post-trial price, cancellation route, refund/support route, and billing provider before purchase.

Provider-specific cancellation

• Web billing: provide a clear manage/cancel route and post-purchase acknowledgement.
• Apple App Store: provide Apple subscription management, restore purchases, localized price/duration disclosure, and Terms/Privacy links.
• Google Play: provide Google Play subscription management and required store disclosures.
• Subscription state, entitlements, cancellation, renewal, and refund/support handling should match the provider used at purchase.

Refunds and support

Refund terms must match the actual provider and purchase channel. Until billing provider mix and counsel-approved copy are confirmed, route billing questions to [email protected] and do not launch recurring billing.
