Copyright complaints

If you believe material on Pixy infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected]. Your notice should include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
• Identification and location/URL of the material you want removed or disabled.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the complained-of use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-notices and repeat infringers

Counter-notice, repeat-infringer, appeal, restoration, preservation, and designated-agent procedures are pending counsel confirmation before final publication. Pixy may remove or disable access to content and restrict accounts when appropriate.

Designated agent status

DMCA designated-agent registration is pending legal/company confirmation. Until then, [email protected] is the operational intake route, not a final safe-harbor representation.
