Marketing consent is separate from waitlist signup

Joining the Pixy waitlist records product signup interest. Marketing emails are opt-in separately through the checkbox on the waitlist form unless SP/counsel approves another legal basis. Transactional or service messages may be sent where needed to operate the service.

Unsubscribe and preferences

• Every marketing email should include a clear unsubscribe or preferences link and a valid physical postal address once confirmed.
• Opt-out requests should be honored within legally required timeframes; immediate suppression is preferred.
• Do not require fees, login, extra personal information, or multi-step friction to unsubscribe.
• Until a preference center is live, route unsubscribe requests to [email protected].

Preference center status

A preference center may eventually let users manage categories such as product updates, launch news, research, community, and promotions. This page is the public placeholder until that support exists.
